As the philanthropic arm of Sno-Isle Libraries, the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation partners with individuals, businesses, foundations, corporations, and community organizations to fund innovative and inspiring programs throughout the Sno-Isle Library District and expand the capacity of the library to serve more people.
Our mission is to mobilize people and resources to expand the reach of library services, promote civic engagement, and foster a lifetime of learning.
Our vision is to have everyone in our community connected to their library.
Our values are community, equity, inclusion, respect, learning, and a welcoming environment.
The Foundation provides seed money for new programming, sponsors community events like Third Graders Read Together and Issues That Matter, funds demonstration libraries in communities without library service, and invests in capital improvements. Those initiatives, and many, many more, reflect the generosity of dedicated library advocates, community foundations, and corporate donors who enable the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation to make a real difference - not just in libraries, but in people's lives.
Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation is a public, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization registered with the United States Internal Revenue Service and the Washington State Secretary of State. (Under 'Charity/Fundraiser Search' type in 'Sno-Isle' to see our listing.) Our EIN Number is: 912010318.
The Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation supports demonstration libraries, civic engagement programs (Issues That Matter, Trudy Sundberg Lecture Series), children's literacy and reading programs (Third Graders Read Together, Explore Summer), and so much more!
Thank you to our corporate and community partners for their generous support!
